I am a long time Marriott member) The 3 of us arrived having requested a room with 2 queen beds. We were given a room with one bed and a pull out and when we opened the pull out, it was disgusing with crumbs and an plastic knife. Plus no bedding. We asked for a different room and the person on the desk apologized and also gracioulsly offered us breakfast. When we came back to the room on our second day, we were shocked that the room had not been made up and there were no new towels. We asked about why the room was not made up and we were told we had to request it. The person who checked us in never told us. I have not been at a Marriott that did not clean rooms daily unless the guest opted out. The room was cold throughout and we could not warm it up. It was one of my worst Marriott experiences and not up to Marriott standrds.
