"We booked the king room and the view from our window was breathtaking. Our room was spotless and spacious, with very comfortable furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep. The receptionist, Katie, was so welcoming, hospitable and knowledgeable (and when I left an item there on check-out, I quickly got a text about it.) The lounge has the same spectacular 5-state view - yes, that's states, not stars!) I can imagine sitting there in the winter, with a fire going, looking out on the view. We will definitely be back."

"What an incredible accommodation just outside the hustle and bustle of Windham! Point Lookout Lounge is the perfect hangout space. It's cozy, beautifully decorated for the Holidays, and full of games guests can borrow (with a pot of coffee always on). Our room was beautiful with incredible sunrise views, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We would 100% recommend a stay at The Perch Hotel this winter and hope to return sometime in the sunshine!"
