Hotel Posada San Agustin

Amazing Hospitality! Such a beautiful colonial building. The rooms are very simple and old, BUT after the initial impression we made it our own. I always travel with my own pillow. If I had forgotten it, I would have been fine. Great pillows and mattress! The shower was very quick to heat up and get us on our way. Ana Luisa and all of her staff were warm, accommodating, knowledgeable and so happy to help. You can walk either direction from the entrance to get to all of the highlights of the city. We can’t wait to return! Thank you! ❤️

Staying in this property feels like a home, was the best choice, better than the big names hotels

Great hotel stay close to just about everything in the historic center! There is also a very friendly resident puppy that greets you every time you show up. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Hotel Posada San Agustin!

This place is walking distance from down town. Staff very friendly and clean.

This is a beautiful property in a very good location. The greeter looked through his ******* receipts and told me very definitely that we didn't have a reservation. I had to get out my email confirmation and show it to someone else to get a room. That was not a great welcome. Then the same man tried to give us a room on the street--which is very noisy. He quickly changed that upon request but why? Then they only give one key for the room. Then the wi-fi doesn't work in the room. They have some things to work on.

What i liked was the proximity to everything. What I didn't like was the personnel not very friendly. Everythin was very old (sheets, towels, outdated furniture etc. I dont thin i would stay agsin at this property

This hotel is really nice with lots of antiques to make it unique. The only problem is the WiFi didn’t work in my room. If really need the WiFi that is a big beautiful courtyard in the middle with WiFi.

Front desk Hector was super amazing and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location near everything, basically walked everywhere. Brought my dog who loved playing with their hotel dog Patrick. Will be coming back again.
