Awful experience. The hotel lost power for over an hour during my one night stay. The hotel claimed they would not issue a refund because they had offered me the option to check out (they didn’t) and that I had used the pool (I had not). I was unable to go to sleep or leave my room while the power was out.
In addition, the hotel claims to be close to GIG airport but it took over an hour to get there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for more reasons than one.

Quarto estava fedendo, atendente preguiçoso quase não consegue dar de conta de 2 atendimentos. A janela do quarto não fechava 100% e ficava escutando barulho de carro a noite inteira.

This is a good hotel if you need a place to stay after a late-night arrival in Rio. The hotel is fine but the area isn't that great. For the price though, it's a decent value. The breakfast is actually really good. Not fancy but very tasty.

I like staying at this hotel. It is clean and the staff is nice…. If you are going for work beware the WiFi is not so dependable.

There was no flexibility with check in this time. The last time we stayed at this hotel, we arrived early and were allowed to wait at the rooftop area until the room was ready for check in at 2pm. This time we were told by the receptionist that this was not allowed and we had to wait at the lobby for almost 4 hours.

Higiene impecável, quarto espaço e confortável, cama gigantesca.
O ar condicionado funcionando e bem silencioso porém seria melhor se fosse um pouco mais potente, mas nada que também cause algum desconforto.

Foi perfeito a minha estadia, hotel bem localizado perto de tudo supermercado carrefour fica na mesma calçada do hotel farmácias . Atendimento diferenciado café da manhã muito bom o cardápio bem em conta . Suite limpina tudo bem organizado super recomendo voltarei com certeza . Atendimento dos funcionários impecável.

Gostei bastante da estadia, o quarto era ótimo e atendeu muito bem a mim e minhas amigas. O café da manhã é simples, mas ótimo! Fazem uma vitamina de abacate deliciosa.
Acho que o único ponto negativo foi que não havia mantas ou qualquer outra coberta a mais no quarto, era somente uma colcha fina para se cobrir. Ligamos para a recepção para pedir e só havia duas mantas, estávamos em três pessoas. Também tivemos que descer na recepção para buscar, pois não havia mais serviço de quarto no momento. Não foi nada que atrapalhasse muito a experiência, de modo geral foi muito boa.
