This was a great hotel for us! The room was quiet and comfortable. Even though they don’t have non-smoking rooms, they gave our room a treatment to remove any smoke odors, and we didn’t smell any smoke! However, sometimes we saw people smoking in the halls near the elevator doors which was unpleasant, or in the restaurant which was also unpleasant. But overall, it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was good except for the terrible coffee which did not even taste like coffee. The service is very good though, with friendly and kind staff. And they have very good clothes washing machines available to guests, for free. It was very helpful! I would stay here again.

The hotel is very large, with a unique architectural style. There is a garden in the building. It is quiet and comfortable. The room is large and the facilities are standard. Because it is off-season, there are fewer guests, but the service is warm and meticulous. There are many breakfast varieties and it is clean. The restaurant is also very large. It is very close to the airport and Mogao Grottoes. It is about ten minutes' drive from the city. It is not far from Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake. The price is suitable in the off-season

The front desk service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, the room attendants are enthusiastic, and the catering department is enthusiastic. Welcome snacks: The welcome snacks are rich, including small snacks, fruits, and yogurt. Thumbs up! For this trip to Dunhuang, I browsed a lot of hotels on Ctrip before departure. Because it was a holiday or a weekend, many hotel rooms were tight. When I saw the Ai Si Ding Hotel, I finally decided through the hotel introduction, the passengers' messages, and the phone call to communicate with the front desk. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception of the little sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The hotel also upgraded our room type for free and explained the relevant service content very clearly. When we went to Mingsha Mountain, she helped us make an appointment for shoe covers. The hotel's breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and good taste. The hotel is in a good location, and it only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi to Mingsha Mountain. You can walk or take the bus to Shazhou Night Market.

Environment: The hotel has Dunhuang elements everywhere. The book bar in the lobby is very cozy, and a table of seals can attract people who love seals. Facilities: The room facilities are very new. The room is not big (the lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade to a larger room, but I didn't want it) but it is compact and cozy. The bedding is comfortable. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, Xiaodu smart control room, very convenient. Disposable free face towels. The service staff took the initiative to give more mineral water. Service: The service is quite enthusiastic. Every staff member who passed by took the initiative to say hello, and the first impression of Dunhuang became better. The takeaway robot delivered to the room and gave yogurt.

We arrived in Dunhuang at night, and the pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very heartwarming. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

It was my first time in Dunhuang. When I saw the Vision Hotel under China Travel Group, I chose this hotel without hesitation. It was just like the Vision Hotels in other cities. Although it is a 4-star hotel, it feels like a 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with unlimited drinking water, fruits and snacks delivered every night, and free self-service laundry service.

The free pickup shuttle is from another company to sell trips to tourist areas. The show and the 5-location trip to the west of silk road areas were good. They lied a bit about the availability of taxis though.

The hotel was spotless , quiet and provided all the latest amenities. There was great choice for breakfast and the staff were very attentive, even bringing local dishes over to us to try and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel reception staff were also extremely friendly and helpful always ready to assist with a smile. A big thank you to Wang Ying who helped to hail a taxi and explain where we wanted to go.

Location is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality. Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality. Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking. Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

Stayed in Dunhuang for four days. This hotel is very convenient. It is surrounded by residential areas, and eating is very convenient and affordable. The parent-child room is very suitable for a family of three. The front desk staff is polite and enthusiastic, especially a lady named Wang who impressed me very much. Great! Recommended for tourists to stay here in Dunhuang. The third picture shows the noodles in a small noodle shop that is not inferior to Lanzhou beef noodles. It costs 6 yuan and is just opposite the hotel.
