Great location, nice staff, spacious and clean room and very comfortable bed.

A nice comfortable hotel. Good location within walking distance of many shops, river walk and eating places. Also nightmarket close by. I would stay again without hesitation.

The hotel is excellent, but there are a couple of issues I'd like to highlight. The staff's attitude at breakfast and when cleaning the room... 1. Breakfast is until 9:30, and by the time I arrive at 9:30, the staff is already trying to quickly clean everything. Today, at 9:32, I asked for two fried eggs because they were out, and they refused, saying it was time. Either make breakfast until at least 10:00 so it's convenient, or train the staff to be accommodating to customers with such simple things. 2. The cleaning staff knocks on the door even when you put the "do not disturb" sign, and after cleaning, they left a dirty set of sheets on my bed, and only partially changed the towels. In the end, nothing was cleaned.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The staff members #1 and #9 were incredibly helpful with guidance around the area and setting me up with a driver to Yardang Geopark and Yumen Pass. The room was also clean and comfy, 100% recommend booking this hotel

The location is great with very good breakfast. The public bus stand to Mingsha Mountain and Mogao Cave is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Very recommended.

Hotel was very comfortable, very good location and I was allowed a late check out as my transfer from Dunhuang was in the afternoon.

The breakfast buffet had both Chinese and western food options. The room was spacious but a little cold. The location was right around the corner from a market street filled with restaurants and shops.

The location is good, hotel staff are helpfull and ready to assist. Enjoyed my stay here.

We arrive at 6am and were very hungry, so the staff gave me a free breakfast. I'm glad thanks the staff for being so friendly. The room was very clean and tidy :)

I had a wonderful time while I was staying there, staff were very helpful and friendly. They never ignored whatever help you needed. Breakfast was great with variety . I will be back and stay there again

Overall is good, free drinking water, room is comfortable, location is walking distance to night market.
