Sanitasi: Kamarnya sangat elegan dan bersih, dan sangat nyaman begitu Anda memasuki pintu. Lingkungan: Sungai Dang berada di luar jendela Prancis, pemandangan siang dan malam sangat indah. Layanan: Sangat ramah kepada pelanggan Ctrip. Kereta berkecepatan tinggi pada pukul 6 pagi, Anda dapat check-in setelah Anda tiba, dan juga menyediakan layanan penjemputan. Sikap wanita muda di meja depan sangat hangat dan ramah. Saya sudah dua kali menginap di hotel ini ketika datang ke Dunhuang, recommended 👍

Hotel yang sangat bagus, kamarnya bersih dan higienis, staf layanannya antusias dan penuh perhatian, kamar telah ditingkatkan untuk kami, dan minuman juga diantarkan. Ketika saya check in, saya juga memberikan masker pasir tahan angin. Yang terbaik adalah ada ruang cuci dan platform pengeringan pakaian di lantai atas. Ada banyak jenis sarapan, dan rasanya enak, kuncinya adalah ramen daging sapi spesial barat laut dan sup mie kambing. Ini benar-benar hebat 👍👍!

What a stay !!! Room was one of the best places I’ve stayed in . It was a spacious and a luxurious suite . The staff were attentive and helpful . They were very quick with anything we needed and requested . Our room overlooked the river and was close to places we wanted to see , easy to walk to and from . 💖👍🔥

What an amazing hotel. Super clean, modern big rooms, very comfortable bed, great location and very helpful staff. Free airport pickup and we arrived after midnight. Central location - easy walk to restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend this to all my friends.

Our stay at this riverside hotel was pleasant, thanks to the nice and friendly personnel. They were consistently helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's excellent location by the river and close proximity to main tourist attractions (accessible by taxi) made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. While the breakfast was just okay, the reception staff's exceptional assistance stood out—they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a reliable choice for those seeking a convenient and comfortable stay near key tourist spots.

The room was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, providing a refreshing experience. The accommodations gave us a good night's rest.

Almost at the end of tourist season (late Nov) the hotel had guests in probably just 2-3 rooms. Reception, housekeeping etc were flawless. Room had heated floor, humidifier etc. Breakfast was rather basic, but great considering they set up the whole buffet for ＜10 guests.

We got free upgrade to the suite so that was nice. Very pretty river view and not as noisy as some of the reviews I've read. Probably because the weather was getting chilly. Room was very spacious, even for just the size of the bedroom alone. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. But I will say that the light switches in the rooms and also the smart toilet seat were very confusing. Strangely, it had a large bathtub area, but a separate and very squished shower closet. The water didn't quite drain properly also. Breakfast was okay. But considering how the city really is just a town in the desert, I'd say it's actually pretty good. The local restaurants are also options, but we had to get up super early for day trips, and didn't feel like freezing outside to look for food when it's still dark. Side note, the night market in town is nice but not much going on outside of that area. The hotel is not in the city centre, but since the city is small, taxi is the way to go. We actually end up just getting the phone number of one of the taxi driver, and called her whenever we planned to head out. I chose the hotel based on aesthetics and was not disappointed. But our suite was in the end of a very long hallway, so get ready to walk if you are not near the elevator.

敦煌親子之旅選擇酒店首選。 先説優點，床為1.8米雙人加一個單人床，很難得適合帶大孩子的三口之家。 早餐很好，品種豐富，比外面覓食既節省午飯又營養多元。 設施很好，配備了智能馬桶和洗衣機，儘管還另有公用洗衣房。 要強調的是服務更好了，辦理入住的小李和小雅，本來每天衹是兩早，特別關注給孩子送了三天早餐。退房的小陳，還給孩子送了駱駝公仔。 最感動的是接機的樑師傅，專業淳樸，還有西北漢子的熱情直爽，航班晚點一個多小時，階段性的關照訊息讓人很放心，不僅叮囑我們可以享受河景房，同時規劃了我們在敦煌的行程和出行時間，不僅幫我們爭取到了樂動敦煌的優惠票，正常是沒有折扣的，並在上午行程中時刻關注我們進展，以確保後續活動。還給我們推薦了很好吃的尕六餐廳，非常難忘。我們並沒有預訂樑師傅的包車，但微信服務卻一直延續了三天。有機會來敦煌或河西之旅，都可以交給樑師傅來安排，他一定會比我們想的周到。 酒店稍微美中不足的事，淋浴和房間的隔斷不夠遮擋私隱，大人和孩子需要互相迴避，當然這是酒店設計問題，還是希望能用其他方式比如屏風簾子等來改善。

在敦煌住的酒店很不錯，門口戴眼鏡的保安很風趣，還提醒我們不要把車停在太陽下，嗮的很，指引我們停在陰涼地方，入住時前台，小史，小丁，小陳，非常親切，有問必答，酒店礦泉水無限供應，這點對於大西北非常棒，風景也不錯，一家很棒的酒店

酒店整體衞生過關，親子房户型年紀大，住的舒服。床品乾淨，小童單人床是略硬的，適合小朋友身體，這點很貼心。 酒店提供免費接機服務，接機的樑師傅熱情有禮貌，能體現出服務業的專業水平，交流談吐讓人安心，讓人願意且放心坐他開的車。 美中不足兩點∶一是房間的馬桶質量一般，下水不順暢，住三天堵了兩次，維修師傅過來修理能看出來是已經多次修理都習慣了，雖然一言不發😂 另一點是前台不專業，不像是服務業，反而像管理者，難道這酒店還有關係户？這在辦理入住時就有所察覺，但是得説明，前台確實主動提出給升級了房型，但是怎麼説呢，就是態度和交流一看就特別不專業，當時就覺得有點怪怪的。現在想來用老羅的説法就是爹味過於濃。果然半夜報修馬桶時，接電話居然語調非常不耐煩，太不可思議了，住這麼多次酒店頭一次遇見。之前看別人評論也有説這點，個人覺得對住酒店沒啥影響，實際上還是有的，出行中確實令人不快，但是懶得理會了。 早餐一直沒能夠吃上，不做評價。 整體來説，優缺點並存。下次再來大概率換一家體驗。
