An unexpected treasure inn. The proprietress and her family are very nice. The inn is clean and hygienic, and the service is super good. I couldn’t get enough of it after staying there for a week. The proprietress recommended a lot of delicious food. The proprietress did not repeat anything during the week. Every day was very fulfilling. 😂 The proprietress’s little princess He is about the same age as my family, and he listens to stories at night. The stay experience was very good, the hotel environment was good, the service was thoughtful, the facilities were complete, the reception was very warm, and the check-in and check-out procedures were very fast. Room service is also very intimate, and any needs can be responded to in time. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, especially the shower water pressure was very good, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is very good, and the service staff is very attentive.

This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

The breakfast has a variety of varieties, including steamed dumplings, pumpkin porridge, fried eggs, fruits, vegetable salads, and free luggage storage at the front desk for the afternoon flight. I am very satisfied. I have stayed in this hotel before and it was very good, so it is still a good recommendation this time.

The environment is clean and the soundproofing in the room is OK. I am a light sleeper, but I feel it is good. I sleep very comfortably. There is no noise around. The service attitude is really great, as always. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk directly. The response will be very fast and the problem will be handled quickly. Best hotel: All amenities are available in the room. Room ventilation is so good. Bed and toilet are new and clean. Softly touch of duvet and bed makes me deep sleep Best staff: Since i arrived the hotel, it was very warmth and sincere welcome. Staff always helpful, kindly to greet you. I inquired about the washing machine and also Inquired for an attractiona for this dujiangyan city. They are not hesihate to help me at all at anytime. Thanks again for helpful information. Best location to visit ancient city , panda selfie, irrigation system as well as taking the train to xipu or chendu. Moreover, You can visit panda by taking didi taxi only 10min

Saw torn and stained bath towel on 1st day. (See photo). Subsequent days, ok. Location is great - 10.mins walk to the railway station and around 25mins walk yo the ancient city, North Bridge, etc. Breakfast co-hosted by Holiday Inn. Disappointed - we went in around 8:15 am. Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

Very good!! Parking is convenient, the boss is warm and attentive, and upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The location of the B&B is good, right on the water street, and you can reach Yangtianwo Square as soon as you go out, which is very convenient for eating and drinking outside. The main thing is that the room is very clean! It is even higher than the cleanliness of ordinary hotels!! And the prices in Dujiangyan are really friendly~

Stayed for one night to visit Dujiangyan and for Skiing. Recommend if you intend to go for Skiing. However, food selection is a bit limited as there are not many shops and restaurants around the hotel . So not recommended if you are staying to climb Mt Qing Cheng .
