I came to Qingcheng Mountain to breathe oxygen while attending a friend's wedding. I found a hotel on Ctrip. The overall experience was great! I must recommend it! The hotel is very conveniently located, and it is very close to Laozao. The hotel is built on a hillside, with a garden-style design. There are 8 buildings in total, and the shuttle bus can move in the middle. However, the flowers are blooming here in spring, and it is very comfortable to take the baby to play. It is exactly the same as what you see in their videos! Although it is a little warmer here, it is still a little cold in the morning and evening. They have a health-preserving fairy grass bathing pool, which the little friends love. It feels warm after the bath! The hotel also has children's activities on weekends in the afternoon, so that parents can take care of the children without worrying about them! Next time, I can bring my children to lie down for two days on weekends.

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and parking is convenient. My family likes it very much. Dujiangyan is worth a visit at night. Thanks to the lucky knot sent by the front desk lady, which brought good luck. The cloudy weather forecast for two days turned into sunny days, and we can see the beautiful snow-capped mountains.

My wife and I came to the back mountain of Qingcheng for a trip. We chose Tongqu Yinquan Hot Spring Resort Hotel, mainly because of the hotel's private hot springs, which are first-class value for money! The room is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is impeccable. From breakfast to dinner, the hotel meals are excellent. The surrounding environment is quiet, which allows people to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are caring from check-in to departure. The hot spring facilities are also great, and a bath makes the whole body feel comfortable. I will come again next time, highly recommended!

I came to this hotel with my boyfriend in a hurry. We arrived at 6 o'clock in the afternoon. The hotel let us choose dinner. I chose the old duck soup, which tasted warm. There were few people in the off-season. There was a spring moss meeting nearby recently, which was very lively. The room was very large, on the third floor, with Qingcheng Mountain behind. The weather was rare in the past two days. The hot spring water must be put in early. The pool is quite large and needs to be put in for a long time. The experience was not bad. The front desk service was very thoughtful and considerate [strong] The breakfast was also delivered to the room. The mattress was not very soft, which was better for the waist. I like to sleep on a soft bed, but I still slept very well here. The sound of the air conditioner would be a bit loud if the wind was adjusted to the maximum, but there was no sound at all when the wind was adjusted to the lowest. I think this is very cost-effective in the hotel. And the silk soup pool is very large. But the privacy is not very strong. If you want to peek in other rooms, you may still see it. There should be no one peeking.

The service is thoughtful, the quality control of the old five-star hotel is assured, the front desk lady upgraded the parent-child room for free (an unexpected surprise) and it is well received! Double single hot spring: The hot spring experience is great, 2-300 meters away from the hotel, there is a shuttle bus. Sleeping milk: The hotel is special, you can call the front desk to send it to the room after 9 o'clock in the evening, it is fresh and delicious I will choose this place next time I come to Qingcheng Mountain for vacation.

Hotel parking is very convenient, the parking lot is just above the ticket gate, the front desk service is really good, we upgraded a larger room with a terrace, the room is clean and clean, the room is soundproofed and basically will not affect sleep at night.

Temporarily decided to go to Qingcheng Mountain, I chose this place because of the 2-meter bed. After coming, everything felt too worthwhile. This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us. The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.
