After so many bad experience in Dujianyan, this hotel was quite a good surprise. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small "Hilton Panda bear" to my son which was really appreciated. In addition they also provided room upgrade, fruits, a small heater and anything necessary to make my family feel comfortable and let us have a good memory about our trip. I want to thanks all the staff and especially 文云武 who was practically perfect. It's really hard to find good employees and he clearly deserve to be praised.

The front desk was warm and thoughtful. They learned that we had changed rooms last time because the room had been sprayed with air freshener and the smell was unpleasant. They specially arranged for staff to check whether the room smelled abnormal before finally arranging it for us. There was juice in the lobby. When I opened the door, it was an unexpected surprise. The room had a sofa bed, a spacious room, and a large floor-to-ceiling window. The beautiful Dujiangyan scenery was in full view. It was so beautiful!

As an international brand hotel, the hygiene and facilities are good. It is very convenient to go to Dujiangyan. Parking is convenient. The variety of breakfast is also good, freshly ground coffee ☕, the gym (I have the habit of exercising every day) is my favorite. The only drawback is that the specific staff needs to improve in terms of maintenance and inspection of facilities (such as the gym) and courtesy during the service process. The management's handling method, speed and attitude after discovering the problem are commendable, which is commensurate with the quality of managers of international brand hotels.

This stay was very good. The front desk checked in and checked out quickly. There was a small refrigerator in the room. The pillows were comfortable to sleep in. I will continue to choose this hotel.

Dujiangyan is not big. The hotel we stayed in is not far from Dujiangyan and Panda Valley. The service is warm and it is still very quiet at night. There is a small tent in the family room, which the children like very much. The location is close to the highway in Chengdu city. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel in Dujiangyan Yunji. The hotel includes breakfast, Chinese and Western food, and delicious juice. The sofa bed in the room is good and the pillows are very comfortable, which is very good.

This stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, with a sofa bed and soft and comfortable pillows. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick. The hotel is in a good location, close to Panda Valley and Dujiangyan. The transportation is convenient. The room facilities are very new, and the smart toilet is fully equipped, which meets all my expectations for a comfortable stay. It is very comfortable to stay with children. The location is good, the underground garage has enough parking spaces, and there is a slow charger for charging. It is suitable for self-driving. There are many restaurants around, and you can find a lot of them in ten minutes' drive. You can't finish them at all. The service is very good. I came to Dujiangyan for a trip and saw this hotel online. It should be in the city center and close to where we were going, so I booked it. The facilities are good, and the room also has a sofa bed. But the room is clean and tidy. The hygiene is very good. The plus point is that the front desk staff here are very enthusiastic and professional. There are also concentrated juices and cookies in the lobby for free. I recommend it.
