it's OK，just not very close the the public transportation to be honest, but still good to order taxi.

Good location, walking distance to the Coca Cola Arena and metro station that connects to Dubai Mall. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Dubai Mall as well. Room looks pleasant and clean.

Good experience! I have request the room which facing the arena, the staff really fulfill my request. And it could open the window, can take a great photo. The hotel look new and clean. Have filtered tap water refill in room any time, Go green! The price is valuable.

Great value for money and splendid staff with excellent customer service

I liked the hotel. I recommend it. Special thanks to the hotel employee Aibek. He helped out many times and was always responsive to all requests and our difficulties with the language barrier. The transfer is excellent, the driver is a friendly professional and keeps the bus clean and at a comfortable temperature! food for 12 days I'm a little tired of the monotony. It’s pleasant to walk there, everything is accessible on foot. The metro is nearby on foot in 4 minutes and from there there is a comfortable passage with air conditioning to the Dubai Mall. From the hotel on the left side behind the Coca-Cola arena we found a wholesale store - prices for everything there are 5 times cheaper, it’s a pity we found out in recent days. McDonald's next to the mosque, walk between low-rise townhouses, ice cream 2 dirhams).rove keeps its style and it's nice - I'll definitely be back!

This hotel location was very convenient. Very near to all places that we wants to visit. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby around 8-10mins walk. Room was very clean not too small. They not provide any toothbrushes, comb and all that but can request. There’s a guy name call Jackson was so helpful, see I’m queueing for check out and straight away come to me and help me. Thank him For those who look like Chinese honestly they won’t so bother and friendly I felt. This is the only thing I’m not really like in Dubai!!! Overall good hotel, convenience location, clean and value for money. Will come back to stay again if visit Dubai.

It is a good hotel, although it was very late when we arrived that night, it was still very good reception, but the hair dryer was broken that night, and finally the hotel was replaced. But the requested slippers did not arrive. Call the front desk in the next few days, everything needed was delivered in time, and the attitude was very good, thank you very much. The hotel is well located with a swimming pool and beautiful public areas. Good price, highly recommend this hotel.
