Another stay in one of our favorite hotels. Our stay was pleasant as always, thanks to the receptionists. The only thing is the basement parking. It's quite complicated and the parking is cramped. Someone needs to hold the door and the valet isn't always there to assist us. You also can't park without the key card, so you have to wait outside while checking in, get the key card, wait for the security to hold the door for the elevator basement parking and so on. It's tiring to do if you plan to go out during your stay.

It was a good experience overall. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning in acceptable. The only downside is that there are no restaurants in the hotel. Only snacks and a coffee machine are available.

Not that comfortable small room even though they said they booked a bigger one

It’s a pretty good hotel and very new and very clean. Overall it’s pretty much a wonderful place to stay.

I stayed there for the third time, and I was happy to choose this hotel again. I like the location, the room was nice, and the pool has a nice view. We loved it!
