The location was not as close to downtown Dubai or Deira as I thought. It was a bit secluded but the closest mall is the MOE so you can explore that. They also provide free bus shuttles to kite beach at specific times. I liked the room and my view. I can’t complain. It was a good value of my money

The place is easy to reach using a car, very clean, the staff good and I satisfied to stay here

Good stay. Good amnities. Good room. Just a little comment on house keeping services. But over all we had a great time staying there. And we enjoy a lot. Thank you so much s hotel. Definetely will Comeback

Staff were friendly and efficient, facilities were clean and fresh, room was just what I needed for a couple if days as a base. Very happy with my stay.

Location wise: it's far from metro, but near Global Village and IMG or Miracle garden. Still, you need to ride a Taxi. Customer service is fine, except with the reception. Not happy with it. They lack with enthusiasm. I love the coldness of the AC, but aside from that, the rest is just Good.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Valet parking is never operational. Haven’t experienced such poor service. Asked for a blow dryer took over an hour. Really bad experience.

I am not usually a megative person but here we start: Starting off with a bad welcome as the 2 recwptionists in the lobby were fighting. When it was my turn amd I showed them my booking with a balcony they said no balcony for you although they admit that yes in the photo of the room it shows balcony under my room type. I am educted enough to ask for the manager but the receptionist claimed she was the manager and qoth unwelcoming vibes she said similar to those words"if you do not like you may leave and deal with your problem with trip.com" ... lots more to add later to the drama of this stpry but will not waste my time further and will advise everyone that this might not be the place for you if you are on a vacation ..

Over all stay was ok apart from the washroom which were inconvenient as there a blockage on the bathroom floor. Until we checked out issue has not rectify.

The hotel is nice and clean, room is spacious for a couple. Toilet is need to be clean in detailed in flooring as it has discolored. Tiles in the shower needs some work as its already has mold. Breakfast was terrible as it does not have much options. Fried egg is so dry and chewy. The waitress is not very welcoming. No greetings and smile with the guests. Definitely will not be coming back and recommended with friends and family because of our experience.
