Staff were friendly and efficient, facilities were clean and fresh, room was just what I needed for a couple if days as a base. Very happy with my stay.

Over all stay was ok apart from the washroom which were inconvenient as there a blockage on the bathroom floor. Until we checked out issue has not rectify.

The hotel is nice and clean, room is spacious for a couple. Toilet is need to be clean in detailed in flooring as it has discolored. Tiles in the shower needs some work as its already has mold. Breakfast was terrible as it does not have much options. Fried egg is so dry and chewy. The waitress is not very welcoming. No greetings and smile with the guests. Definitely will not be coming back and recommended with friends and family because of our experience.

I was happy of the one who cleans my room for the past 15 days that is sanjeeb and suman who where always been super clean and tidy and trustworthy and when i called them for a special clean they always do it and wat i demand to clean they do it perfectly and the staff are very friendly thanks from the bottom of my heart from the amsterdam boy ronald😆😁😄😃😀🌷🌷🌷

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a pool, gym, and restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was also convenient, close to shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future.

I reserved room through trip.com application with a city view , balcony and bathroom with bathtub . When, I arrived the hotel the reception staff gave me room not the same room that i booked already .It was without balcony and bathtub. I stayed for 3 nights ,they cleaned my room once dispite choosing green state for cleaning every day ,but no one came for cleaning , i asked housekeeping ppl two times to bring slipper and no one brought.the surface was very poor, and the facilities not meet the description . The pictures down was on the application but the real is completely different . From my point view this hotel is not 4 stars, it should be 2_3 stars Regards .

The facility needs a general upgrade. The P spaces and surrounding areas are dirty, the bed sheets are way too short for comfort. The bad habit of letting the engines of taxis, buses, and cars run in front of the main entry is annoying and disturbing.

Is a nice place to be with your family

The manager ( an Egyptian gentleman) has nothing to do with hospitality industry. I had a request and asked to talk to the manager, he was extremely rude and careless and not willing to even listen. People would forgive/forget anything but not the way they were treated. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
