Ulasan Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown

Saya menulis untuk menyampaikan rasa terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya atas layanan luar biasa yang diberikan oleh Ibu Han di meja resepsionis selama kami menginap di hotel Anda baru-baru ini. Bantuan dan keramahtamahannya yang hangat membuat masa menginap kami sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan. Selama kami menginap, kemampuan Ibu Han untuk memberikan layanan dalam bahasa Mandarin sangat berharga bagi kami. Ia berusaha keras dengan membantu kami menemukan topi renang yang hilang dan selalu memberikan sambutan yang ramah serta bantuan untuk mengatur transportasi. Dedikasi Ibu Han terhadap pekerjaannya dan perhatiannya yang tulus kepada para tamu sangat meningkatkan pengalaman kami. Profesionalisme dan kebaikannya meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam bagi kami. Kami sangat berterima kasih atas dukungannya dan ingin memujinya atas layanannya yang luar biasa. Terima kasih kepada Ibu Han dan seluruh tim Indigo Hotel karena telah membuat masa menginap kami berkesan.

We had a great stay! Room was beautiful and clean! Had a beautiful view. Service was amazing! Would definitely come back!

The best and favorite hotel! We stayed there 3 times already and everything is also perfect! Responsive and pleasant staff, excellent varied breakfast, walking distance to Dubai Mall! We had an unpleasant situation with cleaning, when they did not notice valuable things in the bed and raked it into the change of bed linen 😔 But they quickly found everything and returned it! Favorite hotel, which you want to return to again and again!

Super Location for exploring the city of DUBAI and nearby attractions.  The breakfast was super delicious, you get everything you want!  The Gym is perfect for keep the shape on holiday-workouts. Mostly technogym-equipment!  5 of 5!

Lovely hotel! Checking in was great, they even gave me a late checkout of 6pm when leaving. Room service in the expensive side, so I didn’t use. Breakfast was lovely. Maybe breakfast was a little understaffed as they struggled to bring coffee to my table on the last day, but I think this was due to it being peak time. Rooms were really nice, clean, modern and the bed was awesome! Would love to stay in these hotels again. This has to be one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at in the price range.

A modern hotel. Guest room is spacious. Service is great. Staff at Front Desk are friendly and helpful. Gabga at Front Desk was able to find me a room to allow me to check-in early. Buffet breakfast has a good variety of everything. There's even breakfast eggs and beverage menus that you can order. Location wise, it's very close to Dubai Mall (about eight minutes ride), within 15 mins ride from DXB.

excellent, no hesitate to book again. breakfast is the best, good place good food, good service. each coffee we're made individually, not from a machine. staffs are very helpful and friendly. rooms are morden and stylish. sparkling clean room.
