This hotel is good if you want to stay with your family. Everything is so near.

The room was generally nice, although we found some stains on the carpets. But the quality of service was lacklustre. When I asked if I could borrow an adaptor for my phone charger, I was told the hotel doesn’t provide adaptors and I could buy one at the nearby supermarket. The breakfast was also disappointing... Given the price, this hotel is not a good find.

Fast check in process, receptionist "Musha" very helpful with perfect service. The hotel is clean and comfortable and not noisy, room boy "Anas" very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, supermarket and metro station.Recommended hotel in Deira Dubai.

The hotel did not allowed us to use the kitchen and cook our own food because we only stayed for 5 days. They told us that the kitchen can be use if we stay longer (15days minimum). We booked the said room because of the kitchen and no one from the hotel or trip.com that we can't use the amenities inside of the said room. So frustrating!

Everything was good. Room was big. Bathroom was big. Clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

I stayed here due to a long layover at Dubai Airport. The location is the biggest appeal, aside from the friendly staff. The property is about 5-7 minutes from the train station. Thanks for extending my check out time so that I could get proper rest!

one of the thing that I chose this hotel was that ther is a shuttle service to the airport , when l asked for the service at the resption,they said they can make a booking for a fee. Which cost much more than a taxi .I was there for only 2 night to be near the airport at the end of my 18 days vacation.

The amenities and the facilities were horrible, myself alone with my friend we checked in at the hotel. The washroom stink and the bedroom were used old furnitures. I demanded for a refund but I were not provided and I had lost my complete money.
