I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Al Rigga. The hotel is perfect for me except for the gym, which is poor in comparison to other hotels. I would be glad to stay there again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I mistakenly booked the rooms for the wrong dates and repeatedly asked the administration to transfer my reservation to the correct dates. Despite my requests, the hotel refused to accommodate me, citing that the reservation was made through another agency. It is clear that they are not willing to assist their customers or consider their needs. All the websites I used for booking work through multiple services, and such a situation is solvable if the hotel desires to resolve it. This experience has greatly upset me

Hotel is located in a good location, very close to Al Riggs metro station exit2. Rooms are small, especially the bathroom. Very small. But it’s good for single occupancy .
