Even though i did a last minute booking for a very low price with absolutely no expectations in mind i was delightfully surprised at the quality level of this hotel. Rooms very clean, facilities very good and easy to access and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend for travelers looking for an accommodation close to the airport

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that set the perfect tone for my day. The room was immaculate, featuring plush bedding and a stunning view of the city skyline. I took the time to explore the hotel amenities, including a sparkling pool and a well-equipped gym. In the evening, I indulged in a delightful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where the atmosphere was lively and the food was absolutely delicious. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, making it a memorable experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

I booked for a 1 day trip to Dubai at the BW M Hotel. This hotel was very close to Airport in Old Diera area. The area had many restaurants which were great value for money. The Hotel itself provide good service with very nice spacious room at fantastic price. Thoroughly recommend for price & location.

Location is good. Nice and clean hotel. Close to market and restaurants.

Location of the hotel was good. Very accessible to the metro. Also there were a lot of small shops nearby for groceries or basic needs for travelling. Room was very big. Not your typical “standard room” of all the hotels I ever stayed at. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

Hotel staffs are very very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the price. Unfortunately, sauna was under maintenance.

Very good and nothing to say. anymore. Will use the same once me. and my wife will travel to Dubai for pleasure trip. Hope that promotion will be there.

Location is great. Rooms are spacious. Check in and check out process are easy. No tooth brush was given but didn't see any sign that say you can request it. The water in 🚽 bowl is flowing constantly. The maintenance team should check.room 318.

I can't complain at all. Location is perfect — just 10 minutes on foot from green/red line junction Union or boat station. Around the hotel there are a lot of cheap cafes and supermarkets. The room is huge and has everything that you may need: table for work, sofa, fridge, kettle. Everything was clean and new.

Good hotel, rooms are big and clean, good location and good staff too. Can be a bit noisy cause not soundproof, sometimes can hear outside or customers slamming doors and talkin loud in the corridors at night. Worth the price anyway

The room was big and nice. However the staff treatment will make you regret staying at the hotel, especially breakfast manager , very racist . Black people don’t have peace of mind at the hotel. They are good shops close by the hotel. We had an incident our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, we called reception and all they said is sorry someone will come tomorrow. We would have put up the sign and gone out all day and still come back to messy room. They have same breakfast everyday and very little to select from. Most of the amenities were out of order. Imagine flying to Dubai and not being able to use the swimming pool. Too much deceiving

Nice spacious room, multiple supermarkets and restaurants in near vicinity, metro at 7 minutes walk, nice pool but open till 18:00 only, service and staff is quite decent, no overall a good stay
