near at hbf station..good the breakfast..easy to check in and check out..the room is good and clean and they have free bottle of water😍

Within walking distance of a great shopping street and about 25 minutes walk from the castle and lovely architecture. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Had to go down to reception to borrow a kettle and a mug as they don’t put them in rooms, apparently had many incidents of guests stealing the kettles? Aside from that, very convenient and sparkling clean. Heaters were very warm and beds were comfy.

The hotel was well located as it was in front of the train station. May my travel easy as I had a heavy bag in tow. Public transport was practically at its door steps and it made our travelling to the various attractions so much convenient and easier. The rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were attentive and friendly. Special shout out to reception staff, Ms.Chenvako who made our check in seamless and provided us with all the necessary information. Always wore a permanent smile on her face, she attended to our various request and even provided us with free coupons for the public transport. The cleaninessof the rooms, exemplary services, and convenient location are what made our stay at the hotel fantastic and wonderful. We loved everything I highly recommend Intercity Hotel, Dresden for its clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

The location is very nice - which takes only a couple of minutes to walk from Dresden HBF. However, I have some reservation on the cleanliness as some stains were found on the toilette.

The facility was generally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No issues with the room, but wish there were more convenient laundry services nearby

Came to Dresden for 2 nights with my daughter. We just slept at the hotel and did not use extra services. In our country we don’t wear outside shoes inside the house, so for us the room floor was dirty to walk by bare foot. Very good hair dryer, but no tea pot or coffee machine.

We enjoy and very nice place.Thanks and next time again.

Internet is good, location is very useful, next to Flixbus terminal( 5mins walk), lots of public transport, chair is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful Free public transport card from hotel Negative: didn't find the bed to be the most comfortable

3-5min work from the hbf station. Can store your luggage in secured room. Was nice stay !!
