Everything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an "early-check in" fee.

Very modern but basic hotel. The entrance smells moldy but the rooms are nice and clean. I just didn’t like that I had an emergency door in my room which connects to the room next door; it was so thin that I could hear the guy next door talking on the phone. Literally every word.

Very mediocre hotel. On the plus side, good location. Could be cleaner.

Великолепный отель в самом центре. Торговая улица в 50 метрах. В номере чисто,уютно,тепло. Отличная большая кровать. Большая ванная комната. Кофемашины и чайника нет. Всё остальные средства гигиены присутствуют. С удовольствием вернулся бы в этот отель снова)

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist klein und freundlich. Die Zimmer haben keine Balkone, dafür gibt es einen großen Balkon für alle.

Also wo fang ich an… 1. das Haus sieht aus wie ein normales Haus nicht wie ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt 2. Der Empfang war nett 3. Das Zimmer sah sehr ansprechend aus modern und sauber 4. !!Muss ehrlich sagen nachts die Zimmernachbarn hatten Spaß waren ziemlich laut die Wand hat gewackelt sehr unangenehme Geräusche von nebenan gehört (könnt euch denken was ich meine ) kann ich aufjedenfall nicht empfehlen wenn man ein entspanntes Wocheende zu zweit haben möchte dachte einen Moment wäre im Laufhaus !! Deswegen alles war gut aber diese eine Sachen da ging garnicht sehr unangenehm

Considering we paid over £350 per night per room (approx) due to the Euros 2024 the hotel was very disappointing. Unfriendly & moody reception staff, especially the lady with long blonde hair on afternoon of 27th-29th June. A smile costs nothing but can make a massive difference to your business. Room has no AC & was absolutely unbearable, asked for a fan, was told none. Rooms not cleaned as there were tissues on the floor & window sill for 3 days & some handwash had dripped in sink & was still there. Only 1 bath towel given although 2 people in room. Sadly taking the cost into account can give no more than 1 star.

Stayed at this hotel when watching Borussia Dortmund play . Overall the hotel is good . + points: handily placed in city centre for train station, football museum etc . Bedroom spotless, bed extremely comfortable. Minus points: walls in bedroom scuffed and chair frayed , breakfast I know is continental but not much hot food available. Staff not very friendly and a bit cold .

The hotel reception is in another building, you have to walk, check in and come back. The price of the room is about the double in comparison with Booking or ******* price, but the receptionist don't care about that. The room has a black moquette and I spent time removing long white hairs from that, in the bathroom too. We asked for a tea and they said we had to bring it from the reception to the hotel, so basically walking the streets with a cup of tea in hands. In front of the hotel there's a drug-addicted facility, with a lot of people drunk and stoned, not a good business card. Never forever, it's like to be in a hostel with the price of a 4 star hotel.
