Not a so friendly place for the family

I rented 2 rooms for our family on a Saturday. We didn't arrive until nearly 10pm. If I could have moved to another hotel, we would have. The lady at the front desk was very nervous trying to check us in. It seemed like she was clueless about how to do it. It took at least 30 minutes and caused a long line behind me. Once we got into our room, the door looked like it had been broken into. The locks hardly worked, and you could see the outside between the door casings. The Heater/AC looked like it might fall out of the wall. The bathroom was dilapidated. Both the shower and the toilet were sub-standard. When you sat down on the toilet it felt like it might fall off the wall. The towels were not only threadbare but were dirty too. We did get some sleep between loud noises coming from the back of a building that backs up to the back of the hotel. Frankly, I could not wait to leave that room. Shame on the people who wrote the reviews saying the hotel was recently renovated. Buyer beware, these reviews are far from the truth. BTW, the other room was just as bad.

It is a lower cost option but was clean, well maintained and the staff polite

Room was dirty. No towels. The smoke detectors kept going off. Microwave did not work. Front desk was rude. There were people trying to peek through my window.

The problem was that the staff did not care or help the customers with their issues nor made us feel welcomed.

I spent 1 or more weekends a month for business like this trip. I found Masters Inn about a year ago and won’t stay anywhere else. It is a perfect match for me, location, convenience, cleanliness, hospitality etc and above all the value quality vs price. They did an awesome job on their renovations a little over a year ago.

Easy check in, hotel staff was cordial.

Upon checking in, I noticed that the property has no elevator for my elderly parents to use. They are in their late 70s, and they could not climb up the stairs to get to their rooms. I immediately raised it with the staff, who offered no help. I requested a refund for one of the rooms just so I could get my parents another hotel. I was provided no support and was told that they could not cancel the reservation. I do not recommend this place.

The price was very good and the room condition was not bad considering the price. The staff was kind. I enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

I was not told about the 50 deposit on here and was not expecting that. The boy was rude and was trying to be funny which made me uncomfortable.

Price was great, but amenities were lacking. From tiny bath towels to no coffee, it just didn't meet expectations, even for a low-cost motel.

Stayed in the newly remodeled building. Room was great. Clean. Will definitely be back.

The words "No frills" really describe this place. The outside looked dingy. The inside looked a lot better/viirtually clean. However, as soon as we walked in, we noticed a smell that reminds me of the smell of public restroom that needs some cleaning. I couldn't find the source of it. So, I kept the door open & the bathroom exhaust fan running for a bit. I could've asked for a different room, but I decided not to because I was tired, the lobby is in different building, and it was raining. Thank goodness, we only stayed for 1 night. Toiletries are only soaps. Bathroom is very small. They also don't have coffee service as advertised. Beds were clean and comfortable :)

no hangers..... short on towels and pillows.... seedy area unmetioned $50 deposit for damages? way too expensive no coffee or breakfast
