Location is good, lot of food options in surrounding area. However, the TV and AC were not working in my room, after I called to service centre, they were act fast and change another room for me (with free upgrade!!)  So far, service is excellent and others are good.

Impressive service, sincere staff！ This is the first time I stay in here and I already fell in love with this hotel！Service at its best！ Staff in FO part by jackson were so nice, patient and friendly. Despite the long waiting line, staff still showed a great attitude and started some sincere small talks with every visitor. Big salute to best service ever seen. Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Great thanks to you,Positive energy from staff shaped a chill and relaxing atmosphere here. The stay was so enjoyable and unforgettable. Recommended to family stay👍👍👍Will visit again in the future, hoping that I could surprise my parents in the next stay:)

My stay at the Pullman Forum Hotel in Dongguan was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Linna. From the moment I arrived, Linna went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. The hotel itself boasts modern amenities, spacious rooms, and impeccable cleanliness. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Forum Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dongguan.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Chinese and Western food are located on both sides of the lobby. The Chinese morning tea is good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively introduced the hotel's swimming pool garden and self-service laundry room. The room has been upgraded. The service lady on the floor was also very enthusiastic during my stay. She took the initiative to ask questions. Do not add mineral water. A good experience and good value for money.

Always an excellent stay: great location and very convenient- close to everything- and super comfortable- hotel of choice for Dongcheng surrounds. BTW - best rooftop pool ever, and great buffet restaurant. Highly recommended.

It was our first time to stay at the Meihao Lizhi Hotel. Lulu was very kind and the staff were very kind. They also upgraded our room. Check-in at the front desk was very fast. We were given tea, towels, and some snacks and fruits at the front desk. It's quite delicious. The room is newly renovated and the indoor environment is also very well designed. There is an echo design in the middle of the front lobby which is very interesting. The main reason is that parking is convenient. Overall it is very good.

The hotel is near the lake, which makes its location ok if you are willing to visit it. If you would go to the downtown, then the location is terrible because it takes an hour to arrive by car. Around the hotel there’s not much. The room is nice with planty of amenities (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.) but not super clean (found hair in the bathtub). Breakfast is not up to the standards and it’s quite poor. Swimming pool is okish, nothing fancy and not very deep (just 1.2m). The guy working there staring at you all the time is not pleasant too. Would I come back? I guess not.

I was very satisfied with the stay this time. The hotel is located in the scenic area, the scenery is very good, the hotel also provides rooms with better views, the buffet atmosphere in the hotel is also very good, there are live music performances, the service attitude of each department is also very good, the attentive explanation of the front desk staff saved us a lot of trouble when traveling, next time I have the opportunity, I will come here to play again

The Hyatt Regency Dongguan offers a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and the staff’s ability to communicate in English was a big plus, making everything more convenient. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while watching the sunrise—it was such a serene and memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate this request, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast itself was decent, with a nice variety to start the day on a positive note. However, one downside was that no one assisted me with my luggage. My room was quite far from the main reception, and dragging my suitcase all the way across the carpeted floors was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the property’s design and ambiance were wonderful, offering a peaceful and quiet getaway. With a little extra attention to guest assistance, this could be an even better experience.
