Ulasan Richwood Garden Hotel

We booked two nights before CNY and it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. The kids enjoyed the Mushroom Garden and the hot springs were good. The breakfast wasn’t that great but the dinner buffet was hotpot which we enjoyed.

This resort is a 45 minute drive from CBD in shenzhen. We visited over the Chinese new year and booked the family room with the package. The rooms was big enough to , clean and even had a stem shower. The package we booked included the mushroom park-- a small area jam packed with fun activities for the kids and myself. All in all an amazing holiday.

The outdoor playground is perfect for kids to play in nice weather. Some were remodeled and re-built for the safety. If you look for a place to enjoy a vacation not spending that much money, I would like to recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Richwood Hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The environment was absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautiful, and truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Our stay at the Richwood Garden Hotel was amazing! The staff are so attentive and helpful - they helped us with all of our questions and issues. The room was amazing: a lovely bath, comfy bed, stocked fridge + all the amenities you could hope for on your weekend trip! The facilities were great, we particularly enjoyed the pool, the rainforest themed hot springs and the spa. Thank you so much to all the staff that ensure we had a great weekend 😇

Very nice hotel located in Dong Guan Hu Men.

After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large and bright. We had a lovely lake view. The breakfast was quite good with several Western options. We loved the hot springs area - good selection of hot tubs in a beautiful forest-like area, peaceful and relaxing experience. We were impressed with the number of English speaking staff in the hotel and how nice and helpful they were to us. The price of the hotel is another bonus, extremely cost-effective hotel. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
