The breakfast service staff had a bad attitude too. I was disappointed with my stay and would consider staying in other hotels. I was too lazy to talk to the service staff.

The hotel is built on the west coast of Hainan Island near the seaside in Dongfang City. When we went there, there was no one there. It felt like a private hotel. The room facilities were good and had its own characteristics. The sea view from the room was also great. The hotel staff provided all kinds of services. The overall stay experience is quite good! The hotel breakfast is okay, basically everything you need is there. The outdoor swimming pool outside is good, and it is very pleasant to swim because there are few people. The hotel is not far from the beach, and you can reach the seaside in a few steps. There is less development on the west coast, but the scenery is relatively primitive and natural. I didn't see the sunset when I arrived late that day. I hope I can see the most beautiful sunset next time I stay.

房間大，設施齊全，早餐也不錯，毛巾卷很軟，香甜，可惜第二次去拿就沒有了。裝修風格較“土”，2024年新開的店裝修落伍了。不過性價比高。

位置好 近萬達廣場 離高鐵也不遠 吃住行要多方便就有多方便。房間衞生乾淨整潔。提供的洗漱用品一應俱全而且還特別好用，特別是拖鞋，居然提供了乾濕兩用的兩種拖鞋！還是品質特別好的那種，可以看出酒店服務有多麼細心，這非常的贊👍！因為對煙味非常敏感和抗拒，我要求的房間沒有煙味，甚至酒店大廳都沒有煙味，這裏值得給無數個贊👍！店內禁煙也是未來服務的一種趨勢， 希望下次還能繼續享受酒店清晰的空氣。入住手續雖然遇到點小問題，但前台一直耐心努力去解決問題，這個非常贊👍希望下次住的時候這點小問題都沒有了，還有下次可別忘了我的免費水果哦。 另外連續住了四晚後，再續住一晚的時候房費居然比原來貴了 ，原以為會一樣的價格或者會便宜一些？有點不太理解攜程大數據的操作規則。相對説，總之下次有機會還選這裏住。

酒店設施很不錯，工作人員都很熱情有禮貌，餐廳的食物很豐富，也有自己的停車場，旁邊還有咖啡廳，地理位置優越，緊鄰萬達廣場。抱着很大的期待入住，結果入住當天發現衞生搞得有點差，地面、洗漱台上還留有上個客人留下的頭髮，因為開了很遠的車又是下午三點才入住酒店，很累也沒跟客房説。第二天早上專門跟保潔説仔細打掃地面衞生，結果等下午出去回來發現地面依舊是那樣，根本沒打掃，水龍頭，水池竟然比早上走時更臟！真的很無語很生氣，反映到前台，保潔很快過來拖了一遍地，也是敷衍了事。第三天也是一樣，打掃的很臟，另外網上訂酒店設施介紹裏寫有小童牙刷和拖鞋，結果前台告知沒有這些，那麼我想問寫它幹嘛？欺騙大家嗎？抱着很大的期待入住結果處處不盡人意，很失望。設施和位置再好，衞生提不上去那很難留着客人，建議保潔人員加強培訓，活乾的實在是太差了！
