DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town

Setelannya oke, tetapi nuansanya tidak sesuai standar double-crow. Kolam renang tidak menyala, dan kamarnya mulai agak tua. Kerannya juga agak tidak berfungsi. Kemudian saya menginap selama empat hari dan sarapannya tidak berbeda.

Stafnya luar biasa, terutama di restoran (Khalil dan semua staf saat sarapan). Harus pindah kamar 3 kali, karena masalah pipa ledeng, kamar bebas asap rokok, dan kebersihan, tetapi sekali lagi staf resepsionis hotel sangat membantu. Yang merepotkan hanya mengemas dan memindahkan semua barang.

I love hilton hotels so much, and Doha Old town did not disappoint. The reception staff were lovely and very accommodating, i also had a spectacular room with an amazing view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I will definitely come back here someday

Lovely room upgraded on arrival for a small fee. Jaccuzi was a nice touch. Bathroom is gorgeous and we caught a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the 12th floor. Staff were all kind, friendly, helpful. Amenities were basic. Slippers, robe and toothbrushes provided. Drinking water available inside small kitchenette. Ambience was nice, except for unexpected evening rush at hotel lobby area. Disappointed to see people dressed inappropriately, gathering at hotel reception area. Security staff did not ask them to wear proper clothes in public. The hotel should respect local public decency customs amd I hope they will not encourage such behaviour in future. Very uncomfortable with children on a family break. Breakfast was buffet style. Some fresh food was provided. But, unfortunately a lot of the menu items were processed foods and artificial drinks. Fresh orange juice and detox water was available. Would have liked to have a more healthy breakfast menu for whole family. Eggs benedict was cooked fresh but served with processed meat turkey rashers. Overall, a comfortable stay. Would like to see this hotel improve the standards of upholding public decency and avoid attracting alcoholism and inappropriate social behaviour at this venue.

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha – Old Town. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely courteous, professional, and attentive throughout the stay.

The service was exceptional but the installation is not 5 stars... additionally there was a noise coming from somewhere which makes me impossible to take a rest. Again the staff was incredibly kind but the hotel has to improve their installation for sure...

Location is superb and easy accessible to all the places that in our bucket list, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooftop restaurant is great, serving good Mexican foods…
