Okay. I’ll start with the positives, or rather, positive. The location is close to every food place you can think of, so if you’re a massive foodie, that is a huge advantage. The main worry with location is that the metro is a bit far off so you can’t necessarily walk to it, unless you’re an avid walker, so your best best would be to take a cab to the metro station. Now, my biggest gripe with this, and it hurts to say, as it is a name brand, but it was dirty. The first room I was given wasn’t even made, as I had to see the remnants of the previous lodgers. I was thankfully given another room almost immediately, but yeah. I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest of hotels so that was my biggest complaint. 2.5/ 5

Front desk staff is amazing on all given duty timings while the Housekeeping was bad on service. They don’t turned up despite confirming to clean the room. Moreover, a housekeeper tried to enter the room without any bell with another guest with master key while I was inside the room. Perhaps unknowingly, yet, this should have been highly avoided keeping the privacy of the guest.

Nice hotel. Got upgraded to one bed room apartment which is huge. Free airport pickup and transfer!

Everything was excellent except for the housekeeping service. The room was not restocked properly, and we had to request several basic items that should have been provided without asking.

not located in the best area, yet no big to reach. the hotel isn't the newest and so are the rooms, which are spacious. however, the deal was great and so the experience was positive over all. at the end of the day, it is a business hotel, not a high end luxury resort.

The location was abit away from Souq Waqif, need to really have your own transport or book taxi to get where you want.

The hotel wasn't 100% clean when I checked in, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all in fact. The buffet was good, but didn't have a lot to choose from, as there was a lot of beef which I don't eat and no chicken options.
