This hotel uaed to be amongs the best in dimapur. Have always stayed here during my official tours for the past 9 years but off late the hotel has degraded and now i prefer other hotel to stay. However here is my review of the recent stay. Tv is not working. Room service have no idea about the orders being placed. Have to call multiple times to remind them of the food ordered. Unclean towels. Broken switch board. Miserly breakfast. Horrible food quality which is overpriced. Noisy ac. The list goes on and on. Pls keep this hotel as last option in dimapur
