Temporary business trips are close to the airport car rental, the hotel is not very big, the room is clean, simple American breakfast, there are buses to the airport, the price is fairly cheap. Suitable for short-term business trips.

Lived three times. Did not feel that there is a big problem. It is satisfactory. Although it is not very high-end, it needs to be there. The room and the bed are large. The hotel is relatively new, the towels in the bathroom don't match, it doesn't look very clean; there is a small business district around, with supermarkets and restaurants, it's quite convenient; simple American breakfast; shuttle to the airport every half an hour. Overall it's OK

It was a pleasant experience and we will stay in this hotel in the future for sure and will also try Avid Hotel in other locations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was spic and span, the staff was excellent, parking of car was not an issue at all, next to O'Hare Airport and convenient from every aspect.

NNiloWell, the hotel is near the airport but they don't have FREE Airport Shuttle. Trip.com has mislead us in the article so please beware. The uber is also expensive going to this hotel. You will be charged around $16-20 USD per trip! Crazy price! The hotel though was clean and well maintained. I like the kitchen area though I didn't use it. There's a free breakfast but it was only cookies and muffins. Don't expect anything. The service was okay. I think that's it.
