Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

住在二層一個帶露台的房間，房間寬敞，露台上也有一組小沙發，房間內的轉角大沙發對着電視，晚上一家人一起吃着零食刷美劇還是很愜意的。酒店一層有個無邊大泳池，我們住了三天，炎炎夏日這個泳池真的太適合了。還有個小電影院，每天三部電影，我們連着看了兩晚電影。酒店內有個草坪，寵物友好，我還最喜歡他的大堂，佈置的温馨而豐富，藝術雕塑作品還有綠植都很多。 服務：工作人員全是充滿活力的年輕人，很熱情，很體貼，我們到的時候停車場就有迎接的，還有拿行李的，我們隨身帶了些水果和飲料都幫我們放進冰箱，且貼好房間號碼，隨時給管家微信或酒店見到服務生提出要取，就立刻送到房間。我們這次的管家是川川，笑容燦爛的小姑娘，全程耐心熱情服務的體貼周到！酒店裡養的幾衹貓也很討喜，總之下次入住還會選擇芝麻谷。我們在酒店吃了頓午餐，餐廳環境好味道也不錯，價格也公道。

非常適合來放空自己的地方 環境乾淨衞生也很安靜 大堂有個電影院，每天有三場電影，剛好都是我沒有看過的，慵懶的躺着看看挺好的。 晚飯在本店餐廳吃的，味道可以的，水煮魚和汽鍋雞非常喜歡，牆裂推薦👍🏻

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！幫我們免費升級了房型，房間寬敞，帶精巧小陽台，設計獨具匠心。憑欄遠眺，山景如畫，身心瞬間放鬆。酒店的無邊泳池顏值爆表，宛如夢幻之境。服務更是貼心入微，早上沒來得及吃早飯，管家衹衹還貼心的幫我們打包了兩份放在門口，非常棒！離店時的伴手禮小朋友很喜歡，管家衹衹還幫忙代賣優惠門票，省了不少事。房間舒適，細節之處盡顯品質。下次出行，一定還會選擇這家酒店的！
