We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China. All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. A perfect family resort with great facilities and play areas for my son and relaxing seated areas for adults to relax whilst the kids enjoy themselves. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the food and bbq areas are great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.
