Right from the go the service was very bad until the check out we had issues, will never recommend this place to anyone and will never visit the place again. Thanks but no thanks..

We recently stayed at the "Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Inieta at the front desk is the best!!! This hotel is way better than Sofitel and Raddison next door.

very nice hotel. rooms are spacious and well maintained. Maciu at the front desk is super helpful. the only thing is that dinner buffet is very pricey.

I have left 5 stars for the service as cleaning , buffet , wet cafe staff all we’re exceptional! We did not have a good experience with tatavu grill & bar . Firstly they brought fries with chilli for toddler , the second time they totally burnt kids meat and we waited for the glass of wine for over 40 min ! Hotel is very clean , There is a bus going to town every 15 min . The kids club is not as strong as we were hoping for , but still there is entertainment for kids as well. Overall , we would recommend the hotel.

喜來登高爾夫海濱度假酒店硬件方面相當於斐濟主島天花板級別了，位置相當優越，特別是海景房出門就是沙灘🏖️！酒店工作人員服務熱情，餐廳方面安排到位，基本上能吃到的食物都是在南迪這個城市裡可圈可點的，下次度假我們還會選住此酒店，通過trip.com網站預訂性價比極高！

房間很大，設施都還不錯，出行方便，有出海活動的話，酒店離碼頭很近。附近還有個直升機停機坪，我們飛去外島幾分鐘就到了。酒店工作人員非常熱情，迎來送往都很客氣，來斐濟主島入住的話，會推薦喜來登！

酒店環境還可以，房間太小了，床小空間小。空調不夠製冷，需要開弔扇才冷，吊扇晚上又不能一直開着，關了就熱。 房間燈光很晚，好幾個燈壞了。早餐吃飯的地方很熱，8點半到那邊要排隊等，第一次碰到5星級酒店早飯需要排隊。 先去的外島喜來登就很好，人少，房間大，吃的也好，差別太大了，不建議入住。

酒店設施很新，應該是近些年翻新過的，泳池比較適合孩子玩。酒店餐廳口味就很一般了，收費倒是不算很貴，斐濟主島好選擇。
