Mixed Experience at Sterling Marbella Dehradun While the staff at Sterling Marbella Dehradun was polite and well-behaved, my overall stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. 1. Used Bedsheets – The bedsheets were not fresh and appeared used, which was very unhygienic. 2. No Hot Water – There was no hot water in the washroom, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remained unresolved. 3. Unclean Dinner Plates – The dinner plates in the restaurant were not properly washed, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. 4. Sticky and Dirty Floor Tiles – The floor tiles were not cleaned properly and felt sticky , making the room uncomfortable to stay in. 5. Nice Staff Behavior – The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff’s polite and friendly behavior. They were courteous and tried to assist, but unfortunately, their service was slow and ineffective in resolving the issues. Despite the staff being nice, the poor cleanliness and maintenance made my stay unpleasant. I hope the management improves these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests.

The overall experience staying at Sterling Marbella was fantastic right from the check in till checkout. Be it food, housekeeping. The staff at the hotel was so courteous. Special appreciation to Nikhil, Chef Manveer, Nishant, Ankit, Shubhankar and Bhupinder to take care of us with a smiling face. I congratulate the team for making my stay memorable and wish to return here whenever possible.

Wholesome experience. The staff were quite sweet ,cooperative and helpful. Chef- Mr. Anand Bisht was quite considerate to our feedback and actually gave us some of the best foods. Also the manager- Mr. Nikhil was supportive during our entire stay with his sweet behaviour. Thank you for having us.

Nice hotel with a very beautiful theme. The staff was very courteous to us. I am looking forward to visit this hotel again in my near future.
