Terrible experience, AC Outdoor unit are adjusent to room wall. Couldn't sleep whole night.
As per tariff of room, amenities are so cheap.

Messy hotel room, dirty bed linen, dirty sofa, dirty carpets and foot mats. Lift was not functioning. Wall papers peeling. Very unhygienic hotel room.

- Good, big and clean room.
- Good unlimited Complimentary breakfast at room. In case hotel is well occupied, then buffet.
- Generous and polite staff. Staff don't debate with customer on pety issues, they fulfill small customer demands without arguing. Very professional In review They are asking to upload hotel photos but I did not took any

The rooms condition can be improved like new wallpapers and maintaining the false ceiling. The services can be improved and more professional staff at the reception desk.

There was difficulty in breathing in the room. It felt hot all night even in winter. The bed was getting pressed too much. All the lights were being operated from a single switch. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Room service is not good. The receptionist was sitting and talking.

A dirty bed and towel are not good, no colgate, smelly room and bathroom. Landline is not working not good overall
