This property was visually unique because it gave you a cozy cottage-type feel however upon entry into the 1st allocated room the scent of mold from the bathroom was evident from I entered. The attendant was very understanding and changed my room. Although it was in a better state nonetheless I was a bit disappointed as both rooms had no refrigerator or microwave like other La Quinta properties that I have stayed at. The cleanliness could be better. The television was situated low. Had to sit up to watch. It's by far nothing like the other properties I have visited.

The towels were apparently not changed from the previous guest. The sheets were apparently not changed from the previous guest. The floor had not been cleaned. The room smelled of smoke. We were initially assigned a room that was already occupied, because those people were reassigned from a room they would not accept. The receptionist was a polite and professional as she could have been.

Entire rooms are extremely dirty and bed was broken. People in the lobby were also canceling reservations due to the cleanliness.

The check in person was all alone and it took 23 minutes to check in. She was wonderful and just needed another person on duty
