호텔이 해변 바로 앞이라서 좋았어요. 평일에는 비싸지 않은데 제가 묵었던 주말은 오토바이족들 모임날이라 그런지 가격이 확 비쌌는데 대신 스파의 온도가 따뜻했네요. 평일은 차가웠다고 하더라구요. 괜찮은 곳이에요

A pleasure from the moment I arrived. Trish at the front desk was fantastic. I told her I was tired and needed quite, so she did her best to find me a location away from escalators or rooms with groups she was very friendly and helpful. And the porter was also helpful when I had a key issue.
My room was bright and inviting, with a fridge and cooking facilitiesI to stay in and relax rather than go out to snack ( if you brought food and drinks) . I enjoyed hearing the ocean the balcony when I opened the sliding glass doors to a beautiful ocean view.
The only slight negative in my star rating was cleanliness, but this was only slight with the stove and fridge, but not too bad. And the shower took a while to get hot.
But as a whole, my biggest concern was satisfied, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and I would go again.

There were 2 lights and a lamp in the room. 1 light next to the bed worked. The others did not. When I arrived mini frig was not plugged in. Maintenance had to come up and move furniture to plug it in. By the morning, my food had frozen. There was a sm. coffee pot in the room, but no coffee and no cups. When I went to the lobby for a cup, I was told I was supposed to get my coffee from the lobby coffee pot, not make it in my room. So, why did the room have a coffee pot? There was a desk and a chair but no light on that side of the room.

The rooms had comfortable beds and we had an end ocean view room which provided a wonderful north looking view as well as ocean view. Our room was on the 7th floor and was quiet as well. The only downside was we couldn't get hot water for showering in the room and changed rooms but it was no better, tepid warm at best.
Others at the hotel said they had hot water. Not sure what the issue was but the hotel thought it was just fine.

The staff is very friendly. Check in was extremely fast. The hotel is in a good location right on the beach! I look forward to staying here again!

Broken glass in one light in room. Minimal light overall. One floor lamp with loose connections. Potential safety issue. No extra lock on door. Shower partially broken. Tub too slippery. Hit my knee trying not to fall. Dirty area downstairs for coffee/ pastry. Cost way too much for a great view- the only good thing. Would not recommend or ever stay there again.

Got to the hotel the cards were not unlocking the door so she had to come up and let us in with the master key and we would have to ask her every time to open the door if we left the room didn't even offer a different room so we wouldn't have to keep coming down to the desk if we left our room

I enjoyed my stay here so much!!
The staff was the friendliest around! I arrived at the hotel early and they did their best to accommodate me & get my room ready.
My view was perfect….the room was exactly as described. The staff was excellent and always friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
