Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

This boutique hotel is beyond our expectation with exceptional service. The hot spring overlooks a river and facing the mountain. Having a dip in the evening till it turns darks may be the best timing to experience the lighted up scenery. The room was big bag spacious and most importantly clean. All staffs are courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated and excellent service. Hot pools also very good Location 30 minutes from Xiling snow mountain but hotel arranged a car - not a lot near the hotel Restaurant a bit limited for dinner options The hotel really tried hard for us - considering we were the only non Chinese guests

新開的酒店整體感受很好👌服務好很周到遇到的每個服務員都會微笑打招呼。有歡迎水果 minibar很多瓶水退房時也送了伴手禮。室外有好幾個温泉池，我們去的那天有點下雨開了幾個有遮擋棚棚的池子，泡温泉人不多還是安逸，温泉有硫磺味感覺是真温泉♨️

是奔着温泉去的，天然温泉，到了地下室就能感受到硫磺味道了。我們帶孩子訂的雙床房，房間很大很乾凈，整體很滿意，晚上還送了熱乎乎的銀耳湯，泡完温泉正好補水，感受非常好。晚餐在酒店餐廳吃的，味道和服務都很贊，總之這個酒店超出預期，下次去西嶺雪山還會選擇。

酒店裝修很好，不是原來花水灣那種老式的温泉，房間很大很乾凈配套齊全，冬天有暖氣，私湯也是天然硫磺温泉，泡了一下一天的疲憊都沒有了，酒店服務很好，有任何需求馬上就能響應，下次去花水灣還是會選擇這家酒店

酒店距離花水灣温泉泉源很近，非常資格的温泉水，很適合從雪山上下來的遊客緩解身心疲勞。酒店餐廳的雞湯簡直是一絕，完全夠四人吃，性價比極高，尤其是適合有小孩的家庭，比柴火雞更養生。很滿意酒店的服務，房間的設備有疑問都是第一時間解答和處理。酒店的設施設備都很新，很適合家庭親子游，也適合團隊。推薦大家選擇！

酒店超讚的。房間明亮寬敞，像寧靜的小天地。設施嶄新又好用，每個角落都乾淨得發亮。前台熱情似火，如同老友般親切。在這裏住，如同被温柔包裹，每一處細節都透着用心，真的是很棒的住宿體驗。下次還來的話，首選這家，尤其前台小李很熱情，還會主動問好。

和朋友去住了一天，體驗很好。酒店採用是管家式的服務，前台小姐姐態度很好，引導也很清晰。房間風格素雅，乾淨整潔，梳子是木梳我很喜歡，送了水果和其他飲料。住的大床房有淋浴和浴缸，浴袍也很好看。餐廳的早餐自助也不錯。温泉一共八個池子但不是都開放具體要看人數，晚上我們去開了四個早上去開了兩個，沒什麼區別就是温度不同。温泉周邊環境很好有小溪和山林，可以邊泡邊賞景，他們家不像其他温泉酒店有很多池子可以選擇，所以想泡很多種温泉不建議住這裏，喜歡安靜喜歡有私密性的温泉可以選擇這家。好評！
