The building was quite loud, could hear people moving and talking in the very next room.

Have been staying this hotel for many years, this is a good one

The hotel was good. It’s not to the level of big city hotels but fits its surroundings well. Beds were comfy and it’s located in the middle of town, a 5-10 minute walk from everything. Oh hotel staff was good. Every person I dealt with had a smile on their face and made you feel welcome. I stayed at the Downtown a number of times and am always satisfied when I leave

The beds and amenities were great. The building is clearly being gradually renovated. Needs new carpets. I didn't like a room without an exterior window.

Great location, iconic bar, service mediocre, staff seem to not really be the most enthusiastic about work.

We were put into the annex, which is under renovations. We called to arrange for a shuttle airport pickup, but the shuttle never came. Room is overpriced for what you get.

Old fashion looking hotel close to front street but no insulation so can hear everything through the walls. Not the quietest hotel and is attached to a bar as well.

Easy, clean and great place to stay if you want to walk to all of the neat spots in Dawson.

Good location in Dawson City. Rooms nice, modern and clean. Wifi was good. Historical building (I think).

The shuttle driver and front desk staff are excellent. They all make you feel right at home

Nice place, not worth tr price in my opinion. ‘Annex’ is a separate building across the street, FYI. No housekeeping in my 3 day stay.

Great stay and staff were quite accomodating of us having 2 dogs with us. Rooms are small but cant complain. Centrally located in town and did the sour toe shot plus had some other drinks in the saloon. The obly complaint would be the very high price and zero breakfast included

Great old hotel in an 'old west' like town. Only issue for us was the temp was near 90 F that day and we were put in the building without any air conditioning.

Central, walkable location. Annex rooms are fantastic with access to coin laundry. Comfy, clean, worth all the potholes and a blown tire to see this town.
