Ulasan Sotogrande Davao Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant with smooth service and friendly staff. However, the security team left much to be desired. They were often seen using their phones, which made them appear unprofessional. One evening, after picking up food, we were told by security to use the backyard for such activities. This was particularly frustrating as it was raining at the time. Additionally, the security personnel seemed to have an overly strict approach, constantly asking for our room number and checking our room card, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It seemed like they were not well-acquainted with their guests and lacked basic hospitality skills. While the overall stay was enjoyable, improvements in the security staff's approach would enhance the experience significantly.

Clean rooms, food is okay, location is bit secluded but great if you like quiet place and close to nature.

The staff are very accommodating, they also have a welcome drinks while waiting on a very spacious and high ceiling lobby. everything is smooth upon my check-in and out. I will definitely go back here with my family and friends for some staycation.

My god ang waiter ang baho parang walang ligo..Yun Akala mo Ng Gand Ng hotel pero walang ligo ang waiter I thinks name is jayvee or jb plss make sure na ok ang manpower nyu kakahiya naman oi dyos ko...from barmm..nag serve Ng panghi, wala talaga poor service poor hygiene

STAY AWAY!!! Calling this hotel 3 stars is a big fat JOKE. FOR A HOTEL THAT CHARGES 5k++ A NIGHT WITH NO BUFFET BREAKFAST SURPRISE. THERE ARE A LOT OF BETTER OPTIONS SOME ARE WALKING DISTANCE FROM MALLS LIKE SEDA OR PARK INN. THERE IS ALSO ACACIA HOTEL or even BLUE LOTUS. I booked with agoda and being a frequent agoda user I know that if the hotel serves plated breakfast it is clearly stated upon booking. This time it was not stated so it is to be expected that the breakfast was buffet. lo and behold I paid 1k ++ breakfast for 2 and was just given breakfast option on their menu worth 210-230... That's a ripoff right? but it did not stop there. I was even charged another 230 for my 5 year old sons breakfast. Even if you total the 3 meals the breakfast i paid for would have been more than enough... I went to the front desk to clarify since upon check.in their staff mentioned buffet breakfast. But the frontdesk just said they will only have buffet breakfast if the hotel has a high occupancy... I asked to speak to the manager but she said their manger is in Cebu. So i asked if they do not have a manager on site. She said the on-site manager if busy?.... seriously? the manager is too busy? can't spare time to address customer concerns?... there goes customer service. P.S. There were serving Buffet breakfast for their DEPED Guests. In room WIFI? There is no signal inside the room... We had to use data for 2 days that we stayed there. Restaurant? Smells like cigarette smoke. food is so-so. Room? Dirty, lacks lighting, tv remote has no battery, expose electrical wires??? there goes safety for kids. Location? You need a car to get there. Its far from everything and there is no commute. its hard to get a taxi. There is no 7 eleven or any conveniece store nearby. Visitors and outside food are not allowed. Don't take my word for it. I attached a picture of their policy just read it! NEVER AGAIN. WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED
