This is okay if you just wanna spend a night, and have a very tight budget. For the price you pay, you get a clean and safe accommodation. Location is satisfactory. Near Korean restaurants. It has hot shower which is good. Negative- thin blanket. Terrible. Typical Philippine hotel with thin blankets. Pillow is not comfy and they only provide 1. C'mon. Bathroom's sink is below standard. Very small. They provide a half-sachet shampoo. Typical Philippine hotel with half-sachet shampoo. A joke. AC is the old box AC. So, noisy. Not good for sleeping. Has small bugs/insects, like baby ants or spiders on the TV. Please fix this issue.

Nice, clean and quiet place to be and rest, recommended, friendly staff.

Spent the night before my wedding very nice people.. but no elevator and stayed on the 3rd floor. I just had double knee replacement last summer. If you have a hard time with stairs beware.. if you’re a young person go for it!

The hotel is clean, bathroom is clean, shower hot and cold is working. But the inclusion of meals is only coffee/milo and bread. I thought its a buffet breakfast. They need to update their profile about that.

The price is right The staff are attentive and friendly Quiet location.

Very good value for money. Very unusual also to have breakfast in similarly priced options. Close to mall, restos, laundry. The only con is there might not be enough parking.

It's my 2nd time to checked-in here and I always had a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive.The room cleanliness is worth mentioning; spotless . Comfortable bed! One of the cheapest hotels yet a comfortable one! Good job to the owner!

An awesome place to stay if you plan to have a tour in davao. Easy for public transport and it is near malls and supermarkets. Wifi is also really fast. You can also enjoy the city lights when you're on the highest floor. 10/10 would recommend and will come back again.

The place is quiet and clean. The staff are amazing, especially the front desk.
