Baterai remote control AC habis, dan AC mengalami beberapa masalah. Tidak tersedia meja/kursi di balkon Peralatan makan tidak dibersihkan, rak pengering berkarat Meminta penyedot debu, tetapi harus diambil dan dikembalikan sendiri Meminta layanan tata graha kamar ditolak karena sudah lewat waktu yang tidak benar Air lemah untuk pancuran Kepala pancuran bocor Lokasi mudah diakses dengan transportasi umum

While the amenities within the apartment suffices for our 2 nights stay, we would say that generally this accommodation is rather outdated in terms of the interior furnishing, appliance and lightings. While it's location is walkable to eating places and the thai food restaurant located below this apartment is great, parking can be quite a nightmare if you drive as the on-site parking is extremely narrow and it's a very steep slope up and down. The on site parking is chargeable at 60 Aud per stay.

Location is 5 stars. Amenities are dated but in good, cleans and working condition. Had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. All staff were friendly enough but we had minimal interactions. Pool and spa was clean but there were people there with glasses of wine which was dangerous but staff didn't care. The "studio executive" room was spacious with balcony. I would stay again for short trips.

Fabulous location right on Hyde park. A spacious room with a kitchenette was a positive however everything else was a bit tired and old.

This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. In terms of functionality there is nothing wrong with it but it is a little tired and dated. However, the price reflects this and it is good value. I would recommend staying here and will do again in the future.

Well 整體平均5分左右（總10分） 從位置開始、在海德公園對面 到唐人街、悉尼歌劇院都大約20-30分鐘 還可以接受 飯店旁邊也有超市可以逛 設施整體偏舊，洗衣房不是很敢用.. 房間的燈光也很慘.. 浴室沒有蓮蓬頭*** 浴室超小超不方便 而且除了浴室有衛生紙🧻 沒有額外提供衛生紙…😵 服務的部分還可以，但溝通上有障礙 本已經取得飯店同意取消的信件，請平台去取消又遭到飯店拒絕，真的很無言 入住需要押金，可使用現金💰200刀替代 應該不會再入住此飯店了..

電梯有點慢，不知道是不是因為酒店有些年份？住了三天遇到兩三次電梯小故障。房間比較大，廚房設施齊全，但是衞生感覺不太好，沒有墊自己帶的床單身上就長大包了，前台態度還可以，分人，有兩位前台女士態度很好很熱情。 衹住了三晚沒有客房清潔，毛巾需要自己拿或者打電話，垃圾在樓道有收集處需要自己扔，地理位置還不錯，附近有wws和coles可以買食材之類。 總體還不錯
