Cobalah untuk menghindari hotel yang katanya berbintang 4 ini. Foto-fotonya asli tetapi hasil rekayasa, atau mungkin sudah lama sekali. Kamarnya kecil dan tua. Air bocor dari AC setelah dimatikan. Tidak ada lift di hotel dan Anda harus membawa barang bawaan Anda ke 2 lantai. Waktu check out adalah pukul 10 pagi...... Bahkan saya membayar ekstra untuk check out terlambat, setelah pukul 12, staf terus menelepon dan mengatakan saya harus membayar ekstra per menit.... layanan yang tidak masuk akal.

Hari pertama check-in, stafnya cukup kasar seolah-olah apa yang dia katakan kepada saya tidak dapat dinegosiasikan dan seolah-olah saya bodoh. Setelah check in, kamarnya yang terbaik dan hotel perlu ditingkatkan. Saya kaget bintang 4 jadi seperti ini, diharapkan jauh lebih baik. Dindingnya dapat terdengar, dan Anda dapat mendengar orang berjalan dan bergerak ke atas. Kamar mandinya juga agak konky, hotel dan dinginnya tidak berfungsi dengan baik sehingga penyesuaian kecil bisa menjadi penyesuaian suhu yang besar.

Breakfast is very good and good service. If the opening hours open a little bit early such as 7.00 in the morning would be good. In the bathroom , if the shower is movable would be much better than having it fixed on the roof top.

This hotel is not a 4 star experience. Be warned. There is no elevator, number one. Be prepared to carry your luggage(s) yourself. Next, the walls are so thin you hear everything from those around you. I was kept up all night the two nights I was there. The parties going on with unsavory guests until 2/3 in the morning (reception leaves at 11 so guests are unsupervised after). It does not feel safe with people outside your windows, shouting about. Next, the housekeeping team banging their trollies and vacuums about at 6/7 in the morning wake you up nice and early. The rooms themselves are old and dingy, without proper deep clean vacuuming done in ages. Corners full of dust, dirt and debris. Tables and surfaces sticky and not wiped down. Lack of space in the washroom to place toiletries or towels made it very cramped and uncomfortable. Shower curtain not long enough, makes the water flood the rest of the washroom every time you use it. The list goes on. Do not stay here if you want any sort of comfort or a good night sleep.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Rooms are a little dated, and are very small, however they are kept neat and tidy with comfy bed. Full minibar access and within walking distance of nightlife, eatery's, parks, St Vincents Hospital and all public transport. The biggest downfall of this location is it is not accessible for people with disabilities, the only way up is many stairs.

it's very convenient for visiting the museums and other places in the area. there are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff are very kind.

The room was small and there’s mirror everywhere. And one of the mirror looks shady.

Stay there a fair bit.Upgraded room. Close to appointments.👍

Late night booking on a Sunday and service was great. Straight to the room just what we wanted and good location
