A very poor stay experience. The daily check-in fee is more than 120 euros，As a 4 star hotel, the price is seriously inflated. Bottled water was not provided enough daily. Towels were not replaced in a timely manner. Toilet paper was not provided in time. The grounds were not cleaned at all from check in to check out and were in very poor condition. The smell of the toilet makes people feel uncomfortable. 非常糟糕的住宿体验。 每日入住费超过120欧元，作为四星级酒店，价格严重虚高。 瓶装水每天供应不足。 毛巾没有及时更换。 没有及时提供厕纸。 从入住到退房，场地根本没有打扫干净，条件非常差。 厕所的气味让人不舒服。

差！差！差的一批！100多美金的臨街酒店，都不如國內縣城的酒店，環境很吵，衞生極差，裏面還有蟑螂，菲律賓的幾個管家打掃不及時，好幾天地面根本都不清掃，兩瓶水都一天給不夠 找了還振振有詞，非常不推薦！避免踩坑！！！

It is not a 4 star that's clear ! Spa they said is under maintenance..i dont rhink but anyway ...breakfast a la carte ...the restaurant is only open for breakfast not other moment in the day . Is not like the phoenicia quality that we expected. The heating sistem does nor work in some rooms we had to change the room and finally still used an electric heater ( that also affecter the electricity )
