Room is not up to the mark as compared to the tariffs. Patches are coming off from walls, little suffocating environment as the room we booked has only one window. Food was good.

We took two rooms and both are excellent. The amanities were provided, staff behaviour was also very good. Even the food was also good. It would be better if it allows non-veg food also.

It was located near mall. Food was good. Amenities and services were available. They provided electric kettle with tea bag and coffee pouch, milk and sugar pouch in the room. Geyser, blanket were provided. Room and washroom were clean. Food was available at additional cost and only veg.

Just beside mall and view is also good, in a clear day one can spot kanchanjanghaa also from its roof top. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Veg restaurant is also available. We enjoyed our stay here.
