A good place for vacation during the National Day. The room is enough overall and the sound insulation effect needs to be strengthened. The style is very artistic at first glance, but the quality of the decoration needs to be improved. The breakfast of Zhangzhou rice is unexpectedly delicious.

Booked a hotel with a separate bathing pool, which makes it easier to go back to the room and soak in the hot springs.
The bathrobes are quite old and need to be replaced with new ones. The corners are fluffy.

The room is a triple room with three beds. It is very convenient for a family to travel. There is a small parking lot in front of the door, but the parking space is a bit tight. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helps to find a parking space at night.

AARC5555The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great.
The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open.
The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner.
Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have.

LlisasaChanStay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show.
The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road.
The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby.
Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

AArdent traveller1st impression, grand and gigantic. 4 castles concept, brilliant idea and truly following the theme - i booked the Glacier Castle. Breakfast place was huge and organised and food spread is commendable. Food tasted excellent; certainly will meet international travellers' choice and taste buds.
The challenge is language - literally none of the staff speaks English. As you enter the hotel, look out for the trolley train which you can (for a fee) hop on and off throughout the day (unlimited) - remember to watch the beautiful sunset at the right location.
Another highlight is the complimentary light show - spectacular!
The resort has an entire building (separate from the hotel) with indoor swimming pools and sports. You can however find the gym at the main hotel building.
Disappointment for the kids - as the water parks were not operating at the time i was there. There are the twin beaches and great strolls you can take to a food village and there are brand outlets that you can shop till you drop.
I must comment that i love the assistance extended to me by McDonald's staff at the Island, they were great - grab your burgers and head to the beach for a picnic!

The whole new startrac equipment! Although not a high-end product! But it's OK! I also often use Starz when I travel in San Francisco! The West Coast is very popular! And the brand new condition is still great! The power area of nautilius is also quite satisfactory! But the laundry machine almost means it! Haier still can't function as a commercial machine! The meeting room is very messy and suspects that the pillow is in the meeting! The outdoor garden is too perfunctory! No mood at all! Not in line with the concept of garden! I feel that the boss investment is very searched! But the gym and breakfast are OK! The room is also OK! It is better to engage in activities during the Spring Festival!

EEllaI would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.

YyuanmengppThe hotel is on Ocean Flower Island. It is newly opened and looks quite grand. However, it is obvious that the decoration materials are not very high-end and the service is average. I read the reviews before that there is a free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off on the island, but it turned out that there is no shuttle bus. There are 60 people per person. We had to drive three kilometers to eat on the island. After we were done, we were not allowed to park and had to park one kilometer away. We had to walk to eat again. It was too inconvenient. The whole Ocean Flower Island was very deserted. I don’t recommend it.
