"Great hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time."

"I've been to so many places and stayed in so many hotels, but I've never seen one as bad as this! This is the first time in my life that I give a bad review to this crappy store! When I checked in, the front desk clerk begged the security guard at the door to push my luggage, but in the end I had to carry my luggage and push it upstairs by myself. Is this guy here to work? Come and be the ancestor! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a hotel with more waiters than guests! No one is doing anything, and there are only a few customers at the end of the day! The air conditioner in the room was not turned on. I had to call to ask them to turn it on. The lights in the swimming pool were not turned on either. I had to ask them to turn them on when I got there! The toilet design is so awkward, the wash basin looks like one of those makeshift sheds! The underground garage is like a rat hole, very messy, with no signboards and no lights. The height limit is two meters before entering, and there is no light inside. My car is 1.9 meters tall, and when I came out, the ceiling glass was cracked. Is this a hotel? It can't be compared with Haikou Guest House, Wanning Guest House is even better than it! There is no sense of service at all! How dare you call it a guesthouse? It's so shameful! You'd better close down soon! Don't come to harm others! Absolutely **! Whoever lives here will be unlucky!"

But to be honest, the current management of Haihua Island is so poor, the underground parking lot can drive people crazy! Fortunately, when you enter the underground parking lot on Island 3, you can't find the exit when you exit, because two exits are out of use. Because the new car that was rented hourly had not yet been registered, it could not be recognized when it came out of the garage, and there was no one on duty. After contacting the car, it was said that it was off duty, and someone else was used to open the gate manually. Needless to say, there is no need to mention Island No. 1. After watching the light show at night, I walked to the underground parking lot to pick up my car. It was dark and I couldn’t find the way, and there were no obvious signs.
