We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was good but was very disappointed with the lack of transparency around Wifi. Paid $750 for room for one night and then was charged $20 for wifi for 4 devices. When I called to ask about the charge, was told that we selected "advanced wifi" which explained the charge and our fault for assuming paid wifi was included. Could have been explained at checkin, like most hotels, or have some authority to reimburse the charge. Won't go back.

The only concern is the check in time and checkout time The hotel has a check in time of 4pm and a check out time of 11am I ask for a check out time till 1:30 pm but would only give me a 12:30 pm time only because I was a member of the Marriott Club
I have never experienced a check in time of 4pm and check out at 11am in my world of travelling

Our room was in rough shape. Someone colored on a lampshade by the desk and there were numerous stains on the bed skirt. The bar in the shower was barely hanging on. This location has seen better days but the staff at the front desk was the saving grace. We also had a strange interaction with the ladies that put out the breakfast. They were “preaching” at the guests about what good jobs they do and that surveys don’t include them. I don’t think anyone appreciated being yelled at during breakfast about their feelings on guest surveys.
