I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sigiriya Forest Edge with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms at Sigiriya Forest Edge were exceptional. The dining experience was truly delightful. The meals provided were a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, each prepared with fresh, local ingredients The staff was one of the most remarkable features of our visit. We were welcomed with true warmth and friendliness as soon as we arrived.

This new hotel is a wonderful meeting of luxury and wilderness. Nestled in the forest means that monkeys, squirrels, and geckos are frequent and funny companions. The staff are wonderful and will do their very best to make your stay pleasant, however the restaurant would benefit from an experience front manager. For example, at dinner our mains arrived before we had finished the appetiser. Until the hotel is properly bedded down, it is a bit too expensive, but all things considered I can recommend this hotel for comfort, location, and staff.

Truly an AMAZING place and a HIDDEN GEM. From the time we arrived the staff welcomed us and took good care of us during our stay. Staff were so respectful and kind at all times. The bedroom - SPEECHLESS!!! Absolutely breathtaking and made you feel so relaxed and at peace. We had breakfast and lunch included and the meals were tasty and good portion size. The driving service that was offered was so handy and we also learnt about little gems that were around Sigiriya & this helped us plan our adventures for 2 days. Thanks Asanker for all the tips. We did not want to leave and by the time we wanted to book another nights stay they were already sold out. We definitely will be back to visit in the near future.

Thank you to whole team for making our stay an amazing one! Your attention to details, doing the extra effort in making us feel comfortable & at home touched our hearts. Thanks to the chef for preparing us yummy food. The rooms also were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Specially there were lots of extra activities such as cycling, archery, shooting So we enjoyed a lot there. We definitely recommend this hotel to stay at sigiriya ♥️

The room and the food were excellent and the environment was also peaceful we had the best experience and the service was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly and also we had other activities like pool table archery and also cycling so overall it was a best place I have visited

We stayed here for three night to visit some famous spots around Sigiriya. It is a bit remote but that’s the case for many lodging places in the area. It’s a small facility with a couple of free standing little houses that serve as rooms, a main building with a restaurant and some other amenities and a pool with 2 hot tubs. Rooms were very quiet and had everything you need with good wifi. Food in the restaurant was great and service was excellent. You’ll need a driver to get you here and pick you up, but otherwise you won’t regret it!
