Ulasan Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dallas Love Field Airport

This is an older property that has some updates. The management team takes great pride in their property at working to marry the old and the new. Ownership needs to invest more in updates. They definitely have the right management team. The place was very clean.

Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was cleaned only 1 time during our 3 night stay there. No fresh towels and we had to take our trash out. Would not recommend for family. We had people knocking on our door late at night on a couple of occasions and the locks to our front door and sliding door were not functioning. Rooms need updating.

No breakfast like advertised, wifi never worked, room smelled like cigarettes and had various stains across the room. Felt very unsafe

I cannot believe that Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this property. Am alerting Wyndham. Not safe! Do not book! Period. On a bright note, front desk attendant, is spectacular!!!!

Said there was a computer glitch when I arrived and told me that they were grossly over booked and my reservation wasn’t available or my friend and theirs We ended up at crown royal!!

Did not stay bc it was overbooked. No notice that a room wasn’t available until I arrived late that evening.

No airport shuttle, room smelled like ****, run down area, etc. What I liked tho is that it has lots of potential. Did like rooms, big.

My stay was harmed by a loud argument in the early morning hours and then someone moving equipment.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff was ok I called to the front desk several times cause there wasn’t a remote for the tv they brought one and it didn’t work she claimed she was going to come in 30 mins she never. There were roaches around the bed, dresser, kitchen.

For the price not worthed

those rooms are old and, tv remotes didn't work, the bathroom toilet was loud the whole night

Avoid this hotel. I chose it because of the brand, but don’t be fooled. This property is unsafe. I left and found another place to stay. It was that bad.

The first room we were given smelled like smoke and the lights wouldn’t turn on. The second room was better, but the place doesn’t look like in the pictures. It is old and the appliances are rusty. We only needed the place for one night, but if it was needed longer we would have left and found another place.
