Allowed to check in early which was great. However, had an awful find of a cockroach in the room when getting there, but it all turned out fine in the end. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful. Plenty of food available at breakfast & good choices.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel is in a good location, close to Chinatown, but it is not very convenient because of the road construction nearby. The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is also stable.

The front desk staff's service was average, as if they didn't want to check me in. They also arranged a room dozens of meters away from the elevator, which was a chore to walk to. The room was OK and clean.

The hotel is located at the entrance of Jiaotong Avenue. It is in time for road construction, so it is difficult to find and the environment is a bit messy. The room was neat and clean and free breakfast was provided. Parking is free outdoors and there are parking spaces.

I originally booked on the official website of the Marriott Group, but I was delayed for a day when I didn’t catch the plane. As a result, the hotel room was cancelled, and the re-booking was twice as expensive. Thinking that my family would not be exhausted, I booked on Ctrip, and it turned out that Marriott Points are not counted, and the room rate has doubled... There is no room service for two days after staying. You have to go to the front desk to call someone for service, and the service attitude is not good. It doesn't deserve the name Marriott
