Because the double room type you originally booked faces the residential area, and you want to upgrade to a sea view king room, in order to give you a better stay experience, we only added 50 yuan a day to help you upgrade the room. This room is also an audio-visual room, and you can see the room price on the platform. Regarding the toilet problem you reported, you reported it to the front desk by phone upon check-in, and we immediately sent an engineer to your room to repair it. At 22:00 in the evening, you reported the toilet problem again, and the engineer also went to your room and repaired it in about 5 minutes, also with your consent. As the hotel is fully booked on that day, we are unable to adjust the room type for you. We hope you can understand.
