My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—staff greeted me warmly at the pick-up point and efficiently transported me to the hotel via buggy. They kindly prepared the room early so I could check in ahead of time and rest. The location is breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Erhai. Waking up to the sunrise right in front of the lake was unforgettable, and the hotel even has a rooftop deck where I could enjoy the view in a peaceful, open setting. One of the highlights of my stay was the coffee—rich, beautifully presented, and complimentary. It was honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The staff were consistently positive, engaging, and incredibly helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed, including booking an e-scooter through their local app since I didn’t have a Chinese number. They went out of their way to help, never once showing any reluctance or frustration. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a water dispenser and humidifier that made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, heartwarming, and clearly prepared with care. There are a few small improvements that could elevate the experience even further: a small bench to sit on while putting on shoes, a jacket hanger near the entrance, and blinds that could be adjusted to a half-height setting rather than just fully open or closed. That said, these are minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Cloudland Seaview Hotel is located just right facing Erhai on one of the stretches of the Ecological Corridor; the Seaview family room I reserved has a panoramic window with beautiful views of Erhai. There are many bicycles and electrical motorcycles for rent to cruise the Ecological Corridor just right outside the Hotel. Though cars are not allowed into the hotel due to the narrow alleys, but the hotel has Buggy that are able to ferry the patrons and luggages into the hotel, just need to arrange with the front desk before arrival. I'm truly impressed by the free flow of specialty coffees offered by Cloudland Seaview to their patrons, if you're a coffee lover, this is indeed a coffee paradise :) One suggestion is perhaps to prepare plant-based milk for customers whom are lactose intolerant or vegan. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean, amenities are superb! A Set Breakfast is included with Rice noodles soup, yogurts with fresh fruits, soy milk & hard boiled egg. Last but not least, the staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful! Kudos to the team! I'll definitely come back again the next time I visit Dali.

The hotel located in a great location, just next to the seaside. 10-15 away from the ancient town. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Definately will come next time

The room is beautiful and it's situated right by Erhai. facilities and breakfast was really good too. The staff is really nice and very helpful and made the entire stay even better. highly recommend!

One of the best and more beautiful hotels we stayed in. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Free flow cafe drinks were a plus point but location and view is the best selling point. We didnt have china sim card so staffs helped booked cab and even helped us rent the scooters along the er hai. Breakfast was good tho will be the same daily. Highly recommend! Thank u staffs.

入住的這家酒店，在房間窗户邊彷彿就有一張洱海的專屬畫卷。房間設計簡潔而有格調，每一扇窗都正對着洱海，清晨醒來，陽光灑在海面上，波光粼粼，畫面美得讓人心醉。酒店的配套設施很貼心，服務人員態度温和，入住村口有接送，還能幫你把行李箱拖到房間，讓人感覺賓至如歸。在這裏，時間都慢了下來，能真正放鬆身心，享受洱海的寧靜與美好～

超好看的房間！對得起這個價格🥰真的是一進房間就被這扇窗户吸引🤩外面的風景太美咯～ 由於在村子裏滴滴車開不進去，會安排小車接送進出，挺方便的，民宿前面就是洱海生態廊道，可以租自行車或電動車環遊～ 民宿還提供免費的飲料和晚安甜品，早餐也很好吃😋可惜衹在大理住一晚

跟朋友來大理旅行，一直想住洱海邊感受下，我們一拍即合就相中了這家🤩 特別幸運地遇到了大理這幾天很好的天氣，住的超級幸福的一晚～ 不得不説無雲的環境也超級好，不愧是設計師酒店… 整棟樓是很ins的白色系特別出片，前台小姐姐還給我們推薦拍照機位哈哈哈，房間裏也很漂亮，推窗見海，是洱海！ 還有特別想誇誇這家的下午茶，咖啡做的好香好有格調，而且品類也很多，早餐的小鍋米線是我們來大理吃的最香的一頓！還有晚安甜品真的太貼心啦～ 住在這裏真的幸福指數超級高！下次來大理還想帶家人來住啊啊啊啊啊！！！

設施很乾凈，早飯很好吃，咖啡很好喝，地理位置 也特別好，不需要去龍龕碼頭人擠人也可以拍出人生照片。房間裏就可以看到洱海，風景也很好。雖然在大理的這幾天一直在下雨，天氣很差，但是民宿的工作人員都很好，如果有機會下次再來，還是會選擇這家民宿。 入住3晚及以上贈送一次免費接機或者接站服務（大理機場或大理站）:送機也很方便，大理交通太爛了，這個服務很貼心

民宿設計很美，早餐用心，咖啡好喝，服務也很好 雖然下車還要坐高爾夫球車走一段，d如果你想要找個地方發呆看書喝杯好咖啡散步，這絕對是個好地方 咖啡無限暢飲: dirty很棒

房間可以，景觀不錯，就是早上睡的迷迷糊糊的，“突然一下開門就進來，還好有鏈子攔着，可能是民宿，客房服務意識不強，開門也不會先敲門問一下有沒有人，總的來説就這一方面”，其他服務和管家都很好，環境也不錯。
